Downhill Bikers - It's Snow Joke
While many holidaymakers may enjoy a sedate trip, lounging on beaches or checking out ancient ruins, some prefer a more high-octane thrill to unwind.
Andorra has long been a destination for these fun-seekers, offering excellent skiing and snowboarding conditions, but another, even more extreme sport takes place in the location, with petrol-powered downhill craziness to be found.
Taking place in February, as online events site Whatsonwhen notes, the San Miguel Snowbike Championship sees racers hitting speeds of 90km per hour as they slip and slide down steep slopes.
This is regarded to be the number one event of its kind in the relatively new sport, being organised by the International Cycling association.
Andorra is a beautiful location for visitors to enjoy, whether it's a snowboarding adventure or just a chance to indulge in apres-ski, with cheap hotels and great places to eat.
