A city named after a queen hosts a right royal event in September when the Royal Adelaide Show takes place.
Held in the South Australian capital between September 7th and 15th, the show offers a broad mixture of attractions, primarily focusing on agriculture with a huge amount of livestock on display, but also incorporating modern entertainment and amusements.
The event takes place on the Royal Adelaide showground at Wayville, close to the city centre.
