Boat lovers have the chance to indulge their marine passions in a venue featuring one of the world's largest harbours when the Sydney International Boat Show takes place.
Held from August 2nd to 7th, the event takes place at Darling Harbour in the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre and out on the water in Cockle Bay Marina.
All the latest in boats and boating equipment will be on display, offering visitors staying in cheap hotels in Sydney the chance to stock up on the most up-to-date tools of the trade to aid many happy years of future messing about on the water.
The event starts each morning at 10:00 local time, with the marina open until 18:00 and the exhibition hall until 20:00, organisers have stated, with tickets priced at AU$18 (£7.43) for Adults and AU$10 for children.
Boat lovers in Sydney can also enjoy spectacular view on the harbour on a boat ride, with the iconic backdrop of Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge.
