Pick Up Some Good Vibrations in Brisbane

A unique party atmosphere will take over the Australian city of Brisbane on February 10th as it hosts the annual Good Vibrations festival.

Next year's party will be a special one for this music event, as it returns to its original home at Brisbane's Riverstage in the City Gardens.

A whole galaxy of stars has been confirmed for the 2008 festival, including hip-hop giants Kanye West and Cypress Hill, Britain's own Calvin Harris, Thievery Corporation and The Rapture.

And it will not only be people staying in hotels in Brisbane that will be able to catch this festival, as there will also be events in Melbourne on February 9th, Sydney on February 16th and Perth on February 17th.

Brisbane is located in the state of Queensland, on the western coast of Australia.

It is the third largest city in Australia and a popular tourist location, owing to attractions such as the Botanic Gardens, the Mount Coot-tha state forest and the Lone Pine koala sanctuary.
