Have Some Festive Fun in Bruges
People staying in cheap hotels in Bruges over the coming months will have the opportunity to attend a number of festive events and celebrations in the city.
According to Tourism Flanders, popular city break destinations throughout Belgium will offer "something for everybody" this winter.
In Bruges, one of the highlights will be the Christmas Happening market, which will run from November 27th to December 6th, selling a variety of handicrafts and seasonal decorations.
The city will also host the Snow and Ice Sculpture exhibition from November 20th to January 10th next year, as well as a festive market full of unique gifts, souvenirs and seasonal fare.
Dawn Page, UK director of Tourism Flanders, said: "The Christmas markets in Flanders have always represented the best of festive food, culture and entertainment and are becoming increasingly … popular with British visitors.
"This year, there really is something for everybody."
Festive events will also be taking place in the popular Belgian cities of Brussels, Antwerp and Ghent over the coming months.
