Spend Valentine's in Bruges in Chocolate Delight
Book a cheap hotel in Bruges this Valentine's as the city hosts the annual Chocolate Festival.
Belgium boasts that it produces some of the world's best chocolate. Visitors to Bruges this February will be able to judge for themselves as the city hosts chocolate markets until February 14th.
Chocolate is a national symbol of Belgium, renowned for its high quality and perfectionist chocolatiers.
The festival promises that chocolate lovers will be "pampered, surprised and seduced", perfectly coinciding with a romantic Valentine's Day retreat.
There will be live demonstrations from top chocolate makers, chefs and bakers, to teach visitors a thing or two about cooking with chocolate.
While visitors' are in the mood they can try the Choco-Story, a museum all about chocolate in the Maison de Croon.
Another sight to enjoy for a Valentine's weekend in Bruges is the Diamond Museum, a history of the city as Europe's oldest diamond centre.
