Disney on Ice Dances into Tenerife
People staying in cheap hotels in Tenerife next month may get the chance to experience one of the world's most famous ice-dancing extravaganzas.
The island's tourism corporation confirmed that Disney on Ice will come to Tenerife between March 14th and 17th.
Holidaymakers will be able to find the show at the Pabellon Santiago Martin ice rink in the city of La Laguna.
Ninety people, from production crew members to the skaters themselves, are involved in Disney on Ice, which has proved to be a massive hit around the world among children and adults alike.
The animation studio's best-known characters appear in the show, including Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Buzz Lightyear, Donald Duck, Baloo the Bear and The Incredibles.
La Laguna was originally the capital of Tenerife and is home to historical sites including palaces, churches, convents and stately homes.
In 1999, it was declared a Unesco world heritage site.
