Q. Where can I look at the hotel?
A. All of our hotels have a link to a page which contains information you may require. Please click on the hotel name for more information.
Q. Does the accommodation include transfers?
A. No. You must arrange your own transfers to and from the hotel.
Q. What is the latest time we can check out?
A. Generally 10-11am
Q. Can I have a double room and not a twin?
A. This is generally on a request basis, but we will be more than happy to request this for you.
Q. What are the cancellation fees?

Q. Can I amend the booking?
A. If the hotel is available we can amend the booking for you with an administration fee of £25. Please contact 01904 644500 for all amendments.
