AC/DC Prepare for World Tour
Music fans who like nothing more than some raucous rock 'n' roll will be able to combine a holiday with an unmissable gig at some point in the next six months as AC/DC set off on tour.
The Australian rock veterans will get their trip around the world underway in the United States at the end of this month, playing gigs in cities including Chicago, New York, Boston, Philadelphia and Los Angeles before heading to Europe in February.
People staying in cheap hotels in Paris will be among those who see the rock 'n' rollers when they play two shows at the Bercy on February 25th and 27th, with other gigs scheduled in Prague, Milan and Budapest, among other cities.
AC/DC will then head to the UK to play their first series of gigs in the country for eight years, tickets for which will go on sale on October 17th.
The band will perform at the O2 Arena on April 14th, the Manchester Evening News Arena on April 21st and the Birmingham NEC on April 23rd.
This six-month tour around the world is in support of AC/DC's new album Black Ice, which will be released on October 20th.
