Enjoy Autumn in Paris
Holidaymakers should book their cheap hotels in Paris soon if they want to experience the city's Autumn Festival.
This event, which this year will run until December 21st, was created in 1972 and celebrates everything from theatre and film to opera and performing arts.
Spanning more than three months, the festival sees numerous exhibitions, events, performances and shows held all over Paris, giving visitors a broad choice of cultural activities to enjoy.
The highlights include an exhibition by Ryoji Ikeda at Le Laboratoire on rue du Bouloi which explores themes of beauty and the sublime and how these can surprisingly be found in fields such as mathematics.
From November 20th to December 21st, people staying in cheap hotels in Paris will be able to attend screenings as part of a retrospective focusing on Shinji Aoyama, whose films include the award winning Eureka.
Music fans can head to the MC93 Bobigny on December 13th and 14th when it presents work by the revered but controversial composer Karlheinz Stockhausen.
