Enjoy Music and Sound in Paris
Music fans staying in cheap hotels in Paris in September may be interested in attending the city's Music and Sound Show.
This event will take place for the second time at the Porte de Versailles from September 12th-15th.
Last year's inaugural event proved a success, with some 35,000 visitors attending.
The organisers said that this year's festival, which is described as a "gathering for every kind of music", is expected to measure up to public expectations.
Events will include concerts, workshops, conferences, music demonstrations and more spanning genres ranging from classical to jazz.
There will be programmes specifically for young visitors, looking at the basics of music and other topics such as making and repairing instruments.
Older visitors will also be able to find plenty to keep them interested, including workshops on the use of music software and conferences on occupations in music.
