European Tour Swings by Paris
Golf fans staying in cheap hotels in Paris at the end of June will be able to enjoy the city's leg of the prestigious PGA European Tour.
The Open de France will be held at Le Golf National between June 26th and 29th.
Last year saw this event celebrate its 100th anniversary, making it the oldest golf competition in continental Europe.
The PGA European Tour and its American counterpart the PGA Tour are the pinnacle of golfing competition and the Open de France has seen some high profile winners in the past, including Jose Maria Olazabal, Colin Montgomerie and Retief Goosen.
Golf fans will be given plenty of opportunities to travel around the world and follow their favourite players this year, with Munich hosting the BMW International Open between June 19th and June 22nd.
More far flung locations to hold tour events later this year will include Kentucky in the United States and Shenzhen in China.
