Fancy a Lille Bit of Soup?
Lille in northern France has many attractions, but for gastronomes it may come as a pleasant surprise to discover that the city has a festival especially dedicated to soup.
Held on May 1st every year, La Louche d'Or, (The Golden Ladle) is a special event dedicated to the liquid lunch, held in the Wazemmes district.
