Paris Prepares for Festival of Gardens
Individuals looking for cheap hotels in Paris might be interested to learn that the city's annual Festival of Paris Gardens is to take place next month.
Gardens which are usually off-limits to visitors - like the cloistered gardens of monasteries - will be opened to show off the astonishing beauty of the area and give visitors a glimpse inside some of the most famous places in the French capital.
Of particular interest could be the Parc de la Villette, Jardins du Luxembourg, Jardins des Tuileries and Jardin des Plantes.
Furthermore, special tour groups are being arranged for children and blind and deaf visitors.
The festival is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, September 27th and 28th and all gardens will be free to enter.
Other areas which will be open during the festival include, the Jardin des Champs-Elysees, Jardin des Halles, Jardin Atlantique and Jardin du Bassin de l'Arsenal.
