The Seine to Rock This Summer
The Festival Rock en Seine is set to return this August, with a great line-up of famous faces from the music world.
Beginning on August 25th 2006 and taking place over two days, the festival has three stages, all with a distinct style and top-notch artists.
Taking place just outside Paris, the event is easily accessible for travellers wanting to stay in one of the city's cheap hotels.
The music begins at around 15:00 local time, lasting on until late, with partying no doubt going on well into the night.
One the main stage, the headline act for Saturday is Morrissey, with Patrice and Dirty Pretty Things also making the music, while US and UK legends Beck and Radiohead will feature on Sunday.
The Industry stage also features some famous names from the dance world, most notably DJ Shadow, while Indy acts such as Editors and The Raconteurs will feature on the Cascade stage.
