Villa Victoria In the heart of Nice, 5 minutes away from the Promenade des Anglais and the walking streets. The Palais des Congres is 10 minutes away and the Zenith is 10 minutes going towards the RN 202 (ski resorts road) to listen to live singers and artists. The sea is at a stone throw. The casino is facing the sea, the old town of Nice (Vieux Nice) is on the other side of Place Massena.
