Who Let the Jazz Out?

Who let the jazz out? Jazz fans who just can't get enough of it have the opportunity to spend up to three weeks getting their teeth in to their favourite tunes at the Jazzfest Rottweil '07.

The town in Baden-Wurttemberg hosts the event from April 30th to May 19th, with a wide range of acts taking to the stage to entertain fans staying in cheap hotels in the area.

Rottweil itself gives its name to the well known breed of dog, which was bred by the Romans and introduced to the area as a working dog helping to farm the cattle that supplied the legions with meat.

The Baden-Wuttenberg area has a wide range of attractions for everybody, not just jazz fans and dog historians.

Included in this list are numerous castles, such as Lichtenstein and Sigmaringem, Ulm's famous gothic cathedral, the beauty of the Neckar Valley and the famous spa town of Baden-Baden, famed for its healing waters and popularity with footballer's wives.
