Delirium to Come to Dublin
People staying in cheap hotels in Dublin this autumn may be interested in seeing Delirium, a new play at the Abbey Theatre.
This adaptation of Dostoyevsky's The Brothers Karamazov will be showing from September 30th until October 25th.
Created by Theatre O and written by Enda Walsh, who also penned Bedbound and The Walworth Farce, the play tells a story of bitter family rivalry and animosity.
The Karamazovs a father and his two sons are in a constant state of unrest as they battle with one another over women, money, God and everything else in between.
According to the Yorkshire Evening Post, Delirium is a "brilliantly clever and whipcrackingly quick" play.
Visitors to Dublin will find the Abbey Theatre on Lower Abbey Street. This month the theatre will host A Midsummer Night's Dream before playing host to Dublin Culture Night on September 19th.
