Katherine Jenkins to Visit Dublin
Opera fans will be booking cheap hotels in Dublin this summer to see a show by Katherine Jenkins.
The popular mezzo soprano singer will perform at Dublin National Concert Hall on August 5th and 6th.
Jenkins is one of Britain's best known opera performers and is the only female artist to have won two consecutive classical Brit awards.
For her shows in Dublin this summer, she will be joined on stage by Anthony Inglis, who has made more appearances as conductor at the Royal Albert Hall than anyone else in the venue's history.
The Irish capital is not the only city that Jenkins will be visiting over the coming months, with a UK tour taking her to York Minster on June 5th, the Henley Festival on July 8th and other locations.
On August 8th, Dublin National Concert Hall will present The Last Rose of Summer, which will include performances of pieces by Brahms, Schubert, Mahler and others.
