Meet the Queens in Dublin
One of America's most raw and raucous bands, Queens of the Stone Age, will be bringing their inimitable brand of rock to Dublin in February.
Fans of the group, or those who are just interested in discovering something new, can find the five-piece plying their trade at Dublin's Ambassador Theatre on February 5th and 6th.
The show is part of a tour to support the release of the band's latest album Era Vulgaris.
As those who are familiar with their music will know, Queens of the Stone Age specialise in a blend of quintessentially American rock with no-holds-barred riffs and drum beats that have to be heard live to be fully appreciated.
They formed in 1995 and are one of the most popular modern bands to come out of North America, with their albums Rated R and Songs for the Deaf both enjoying critical and commercial success.
Music fans staying in hotels in Dublin for this gig can find the Ambassador Theatre on O'Connell Street, at the opposite end to O'Connell Bridge.
