Sore Throats at Croke Park
Fans of Irish rugby should get their hotels in Dublin booked as soon as possible ahead of the opening match of the Six Nations 2008 in February, which sees Ireland take on Italy at Croke Park.
The men in green had a fairly disappointing World Cup this year, failing to make it out of the initial group stage, and will hope to make up for that in front of their fans on February 2nd.
Italy had a similarly unsatisfying time in France but will be eager to show from the off that they will not be the whipping boys of the Six Nations 2008.
Croke Park is Ireland's largest sports stadium, with capacity for over 82,000 people, and is being used to host the country's rugby and football matches while Lansdowne Road undergoes development.
Dublin, the capital of the Republic of Ireland, is located near the mouth of the River Liffey on the country's east coast.
It is a popular city break destination for people from the UK and the rest of the world, with landmarks including Dublin Castle and the Ha'penny Bridge.
