Visitors to Ireland keen to taste the best of Irish music and culture have a good opportunity in Dublin from January 25th to the 28th at the inaugural Temple Bar Trad Irish Music & Culture Festival.
Held in various venues around the Temple Bar area, the festival will feature traditional Irish music, dance, literature and film, much of it in the Irish language.
The programme will include both established musicians and up-and-coming performers.
Apart from the festival, Dublin offers a huge range of attractions for visitors staying in the city's many cheap hotels.
The nightlife is legendary, the Guinness flows freely, especially at the brewery which is open for visits, while the hop-on, hop-off bus tours enable visitors to dash round the city on a sightseeing tour.
