Celebrate New Year's Eve in Venice
People looking for a memorable way to celebrate New Year's Eve this year can book cheap hotels in Venice to experience Capodanno Love.
This huge celebration of the turn of the year takes place on Piazza San Marco in the heart of Venice.
More than 60,000 people gather in the square on December 31st to party the night away and share a commemorative kiss at midnight.
Throughout the evening, revellers can enjoy music, food and drink, as well as a fireworks show and an elaborate light display that gives the impression of hearts falling from the sky.
The festivities continue into the morning, with various parties and events taking place on Venice's bridges, squares and canals.
Cheap hotels in Venice will also prove a popular option in February next year when the Italian city hosts its famous carnival, which will include masked balls, music concerts, parades and various other events.
