Cook Up a Storm
Chefs from across the globe will be serving up skills at sea at the San Pellegrino Cooking Cup, a unique regatta combining the worlds of sailing and cooking over ten miles.
Ship-loads of chefs will be taking to the waves in a unique annual event that puts sailing and cooking skills to the ultimate test, where 60 crews will be racing to the finish line while preparing a gourmet meal at the same time.
Supporters, race fans and gourmands can celebrate the winner at Piazza San Marco, where a special prizewinners' party takes place after the race has ended. Anyone looking to make the most of the occasion can set up camp at local cheap hotels and experience the event from the first chop.
