Discover a New Artist in Venice
People staying in cheap hotels in Venice will be able to expand their artistic horizons this year at a special exhibition in the city.
The Museo Civico Correr will host a display of the work of Lawrence Carroll until May 4th this year.
Carroll was born in Melbourne, Australia in 1954 and had an art education that included stints at three California institutions.
His exhibitions comprise work in materials that have all previously been used for other purposes, including oil, wax and wood.
Carroll has held exhibitions of his work all over the world, including previous shows at the Museo Civico Correr and other displays in Helsinki, Toulon, Milan, Palma de Mallorca and others.
People staying in cheap hotels in Venice can find the Museo Civico Correr at the city's famous Piazza San Marco.
Art lovers visiting the Italian city before April 20th can also find an exhibition dedicated to the work of Titian at the Gallerie dell'Accademia.
