Experience the Football Culture of Rome
There are few cities that follow football as passionately as Rome and visitors will be able to experience the Italian capital's sporting culture as Serie A approaches its climax this year.
Roma are in the hunt for the title this year but will need to pick up every point they can as the season nears its end.
After 21 games of the season they were eight points behind league leaders Inter Milan, leaving them little room for error in the second half of the year.
On April 6th people staying in cheap hotels in Rome may get the chance to see the championship chasers take on Genoa, a side they have already beaten in the league this year, at the Stadio Olimpico.
The following weekend, Rome's other side, Lazio, will welcome Siena to the capital.
Both of these sides have had fairly disappointing seasons this year, with Lazio in 14th position after 20 games and Siena way back in 18th.
The visitors in this upcoming match will therefore be desperate to present a challenge to the Roman side to avoid relegation to Serie B.
