Visitors to Rome this autumn will be able to indulge a love of arts and crafts at the Hobby Show, an event held four times a year and taking place between October 5th and 7th.
This is not a show for buyers but for those who love to make things, with exhibitions, classes and instruction on a range of techniques and styles, all of which will interest those involved in engraving, furniture making and textiles.
Creative folk indulging themselves at the event, which organisers point out has moved this time to the Palace of the Conferences, will also be able to enjoy the huge array of attractions that the eternal city offers.
These include the many historic Roman buildings, a list headed by the coliseum, the Vatican City and many neo-classic and baroque squares and palaces.
Rome also has plenty of accommodation, including cheap hotels.
