Giotto Hotel is located in a residential area in close proximity to the Vatican and Parc de la Pineta Sacchetti. This location offers a natural surrounding with lots of trees and is ideal for those who seek peace and quiet. Its proximity to the park offers guests an opportunity to take long walks enjoying nature. These walks also provide an appreciable view of St. Peter. The hotel is well linked to central Rome by public transport. It is approximately 6 Kmfrom the city centre, close to fine dining, shopping and entertainment possibilities. Its comfortable guestrooms are set in a classical decor and are well equipped with all the essential amenities. The friendly staff and efficient personal service will make your stay an enjoyable one. Rooms are available for the disabled and non-smokers. The hotel offers a breakfast room where breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00am.

Hotel was clean, decent bathrooms, and good maid services but the room was tiny (even other guests commented about the sizes of their rooms). A small breakfast served each morning, promise of a bar on the webpage ... however no bar when we arrive! No facilities for making hot drinks, either in the room or the rest of the hotel. It's location is quite far out from central Rome, though we did find local transport close-by.
