COMFORTABLE TO A GOOD & EFFICIENT STANDARD. LOCATED IN THE LAGOON & 8 MINUTES BOAT TRIP TO VENICE. HOWEVER, BREAKFAST HAS BEEN BETTER IN ITALY, BUT YOU CAN EAT IN THE COURTYARD DURING THE SUMMER WHICH IS A BIG BONUS ON SOME. WOULD DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN FOR THE LOCATION & OVERALL STANDARD
