By train: getting off at Santa Lucia (Venice main station) the guests a wide choice of lines: best of all is boat line # 51 directed to Lido in 35 min will end its ride at Lido pier, a few steps to the hotel. |Alternatively on boat lines, the guests have #1 (very slow and stopping everywhere along the Grand Canal until Lido as last stop, 1 hour ride) or Line # 82 a little faster (only seasonal), stopping merely at important and lesser stations along the Grand Canal (40 min ride). |No matter from which direction, follow all the blue signs to Venezia or to Piazzale Roma (P.Roma). Before getting there after driving through the Ponte della Libertà (Liberty Bridge) with train tracks at the left and water on both sides, will approach the one and only traffic light with directions Tronchetto and to the ferry boat service to Lido. Turn right and follow signs to board it. Departures every 50 min, within 35 min ride through the Lagune will be at Lido Island. Getting off the ferry, looking to the right will notice a dome, with its cupola along the water side: it is across the ESSO gas station, soon after this.
