Tuck into Italian Cuisine in Milan
Visitors to Milan will be able to join in with a celebration of the great culture of Italian food with a special event being held in the city next year.
From February 1st to 4th, the Identita Golose food festival will be held in the Milan Convention Centre on Via Gattamelata.
According to the organisers of Identita Golose, the perennially popular event creates "ideas, hopes, comparisons and even controversies", all themed around food.
Three specific topics will be focused on at the festival, the first of which is vegetables and the value that they have in cooking.
The event will also pursue the theme of 'life', looking at how food can help mental and physical wellbeing, with a third section paying tribute to today's best young chefs.
