Super Sonic Tokyo
Tokyo is preparing to host live music from big name acts are on August 11th to August 12th as part of the annual Summer Sonic music festival.
The music weekend will feature performances spread across six stages, with headliners including the Black Eyed Peas and the Arctic Monkeys, according to Whatsonwhen.
Makahuri Messe hosts the event in Tokyo while the weekend's line-up also switches to the city of Osaka.
Day tickets are priced at ¥15,000 (£56) while the two-day weekend ticket will set music lovers back ¥27,500 (£110).
Acts that have previously appeared at the festival include the Feeling, the Cardigans, Massive Attack and Metallica.
The Arctic Monkeys headlined on the opening night of this year's Glastonbury festival in the UK.
