Nightlife in Riga

For a low key start to the evening then head for the Pils Bar. This bar has the feel of an old style members club. You will find stuffed hunting trophies along the walls and other hunting memorabilia. Take a few stiff drinks, and the evening will become more fun. The Pils Bar is located at 12 Pils, Riga.

For those who like their music live, then try out Austrumu Robeza. This has to be one of the very few military rock venues in the world. The club is covered in military camouflage and socialist slogans, very unusual. The Austrumu Robeza plays great rock and reggae music and features live bands at weekends.
You will find Austrumu Robeza at 8 Vagnera, Old Town.

Those who like their nights long, then you should try out La Rocca. Here techno meets spandex. This former Theatre has been transformed into an eight bar disco/club, with its own Red Square playing Russian style Disco. You will probably never experience anything like this again. You can find La Rocca at 96 Brivibas.
