Held in the Rockefeller Hall in Oslo between April 5th and the 7th, Inferno 2007 features a mixture of Norwegian and international bands who will merrily batter away at the eardrums of all who love such stuff.
Bands featured include the re-formed Norwegian's Immortal, Irish band Priomordial and Moonspell from Portugal.
Tickets are priced 400 Krone (£32.74) for any of the days or 950 Krone for a three-day pass.
Meanwhile, visitors staying in cheap hotels in Oslo can enjoy a wide range of other attractions.
These include the Football Museum at the Ulleval Stadium and the 6.7 metre high Holmenkollen Troll, while those venturing further afield can enjoy the staggering scenery of the fjords.
