Check out the Selector Festival in Krakow
Krakow will play host to one of its biggest cultural events of the year in June in the form of the Selector Festival, which will see contemporary music fans from all over Europe booking their cheap hotels in Krakow to enjoy some top tunes.
This celebration of modern music will come to the city's Blonia park on June 5th and 6th this year, bringing some hugely popular artists with it.
Franz Ferdinand will be the headline act for this year's festival as part of a tour of Europe to promote their latest album Tonight: Franz Ferdinand.
Also performing will be British rapper Dizzee Rascal, dance outfit Orbital, Brazilian electro popsters CSS, Norwegian duo Royksopp and London five-piece band New Young Pony Club.
Some 20,000 people are expected to attend the Selector Festival this year to see dozens of artists.
Another interesting cultural experience will be on offer to Krakow visitors between May 21st and 23rd when the city hosts the International Film Music Festival, which will see music from movies performed live while the picture is shown on a big screen.
