Golf fans fancying a bit of spring sun could do far worse than head to Quinta da Marinha in Cascais, Estremadura for the Portuguese open.
Held from March 29th to April 1st, the Algarve venue is a major feature of the PGA European tour, with recent winners including top names such as Paul Broadhurst, Miguel Angel Jiminez and Fredrik Jacobsen.
With prize money totalling €1.25 million (£822,000), there is sure to be another high-class turnout this year.
