Discover Malay Arts in Singapore
Travellers staying in cheap hotels in Singapore in November will have a perfect opportunity to immerse themselves in the art and culture of south-east Asia at a special event.
Pesta Raya, the Malay festival of arts, will be held at the Esplanade recital studio, theatre studio and concert hall from October 24th to November 2nd.
This festival celebrates everything that Malay culture has to offer, including music, theatre and dance.
Running over ten days, the rich and stimulating festival will showcase the diversity of Malay art, featuring musical shows, stage productions and other creative performances.
Tickets for the festival are available from just 25 Singapore dollars (£10).
Visitors to Singapore will have a varied calendar of events to choose from in November, including the celebrations of Deepavali, the festival of lights, which will run until November 2nd.
