Bike Show Rolls into Barcelona
Barcelona will turn into a magnet for cycling enthusiasts in April as it hosts its annual bike show.
People staying in cheap hotels in Barcelona will be able to find the Bike Show BCN at the Palau Sant Jordi from April 11th to 13th.
The event will host a variety of competitions, shows and races to keep all visitors interested, as well as a number of professional trade stands for people with a serious interest in the sport.
One area sure to attract a lot of attention is the exhibition and competition zone, which will host displays by water-jumping and trial-biking experts.
There will be provisions for people of all abilities, however, including a kids and family space where parents can introduce their children to cycling or issues of road safety.
Those who think they have honed their bike-based skills may want to show what they can do in the Bikepark area, while others may be interested in trying out a pedal-driven go-kart, also known as a Ciclokart.
