Catch Some Jazz in Majorca
Jazz fans should book their cheap hotels in Majorca soon if they want to be part of a major cultural celebration.
The Jazz Voyeur Festival has now been running for six months, after getting underway on April 5th, and will come to an end on December 12th.
There will be a big finish to this festival, with the Mississippi Mass Choir performing at the Auditorium de Palma on the final day.
This choir was founded by gospel singer Frank Williams in 1988 and now includes around 100 members, who have developed a sound that has made them a constant presence on America's gospel charts.
Two other shows are due to take place between now and the end of the festival, the first of which is a performance by father and son duo Bebo and Chucho Valdes at the Auditorium de Palma on October 25th.
Visitors may also get the chance to see Barbara Hendricks, who will present a tribute show to legendary singer Billie Holiday at the same venue on October 31st.
