Built in 1987 and renovated in 1994, the complex comprises a total of 300 apartments spread over 3 floors. Various facilities are available to guests including an elegant foyer with 24-hour reception desk. There is also 2 bars, a nightclub, a supermarket, a shop and an à la carte restaurant in the complex. In addition, Internet access (for an additional charge), room and laundry service, bicycle rental (additional charges apply), as well as a car park, a garage and a children's playground are all available for guests' use.
