Chocoholics may want to follow their noses and slavering tastebuds all the way across the North Sea to Sweden, where the complete annihilation of their diets awaits in Stockholm.
From their way through three days of treats and displays, with cakes, competitions and the chance for a few tastings.
The museum is open from 10:00 to 20:00 local time and entrance is SEK100, according to the Nordiska Museet website.
October 12th to the 14th the Nordiska Museet, Sweden's national museum of cultural history, hosts its own annual chocolate festival, where those unable to resist the lure of cocoa and sugar can drool and munch
As well as all that chocolate, Stockholm has plenty of attractive and historic buildings to enjoy, plus some good nightlife which chocoholics can use to dance off some of those calories.
