New Year's Concert to Bring Music to Stockholm
Holidaymakers planning a visit to Stockholm in January should be sure to head to the city's Consert Hall for a taste of its musical culture.
The Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra will present its New Year's Concert at this venue on January 18th.
People whose trips to Sweden are planned during the festive period will have plenty of events to attend all over the country, although they may have to get used to the fact that there are very few hours of daylight during the month of December.
One of the most popular occasions is the first Sunday of advent, which is seen as the beginning of the Christmas period, although decorations will be put up long before.
