Art lovers looking to add to their collection may consider early May a very good time to turn up in Geneva.
The event in question is the Europ'ART International Art Fair, which offers enthusiasts the chance to browse a vast range of works and add to their collections.
It is held at the Geneva Plaexpo, a huge exhibition centre just out of town and close to the airport, but with good transport links to the city centre.
Happily for those who also like reading, there is a book fair on at the centre.
