Enjoy Summer Surprises in Dubai
Holidaymakers staying in cheap hotels in Dubai will be able to sample some of the best entertainment that the emirate has to offer at the Summer Surprises festival.
This event is linked to the Dubai Shopping Festival held in the spring and offers visitors similar opportunities to pick up souvenirs, clothes and plenty of other products at reduced prices.
Shopping malls across the city participate in the festival and in the past have welcomed more than seven million visitors during the event.
Last year Dubai Summer Surprises celebrated its tenth year with a range of special entertainment events, including Cartoonival, a live performance by TV characters that took place at Modhesh Fun City.
Visitors to Dubai can take part in this year's festival between June 19th and August 22nd.
Dubai is a popular location among travellers looking to indulge in some retail-based adventures, boasting the Gold Souk and Spice Souk markets, as well as the Mercato mall and the Mall of the Emirates.
