A Unique Sensory Experience in Glasgow
Art lovers staying in cheap hotels in Glasgow this summer will be able to partake in an innovative sensory experience at a new exhibition.
Haptic: Awakening the Senses will be open at the city's Lighthouse architecture and design centre from June 18th until September 29th.
The exhibition, which features the work of 21 designers, is intended to offer visitors a unique and unconventional experience.
Some of the pieces in the display include hair lanterns, soft doorknobs and drink packaging made of replica fruit skin.
People staying in cheap hotels in Glasgow before July 6th will be able to see the Films of the Empire Exhibition show at the Lighthouse.
This event looks back at the historic Empire Exhibition that took place in Glasgow in 1938, an industrial showcase that was recorded by some visitors using the latest camera technology.
Visitors will find the Lighthouse on Mitchell Lane in the heart of the Scottish city.
