People staying in cheap hotels in York can head to one of the city's most famous attractions, the National Railway Museum, to take part in a variety of activities and events.
The museum will invite visitors to ride the Yorkshire Wheel, the county's equivalent of the London Eye, while enjoying tea and cake.
There will also be an intriguing challenge to try and spot a giant teapot on York's skyline as well as a raffle to win a hamper of goodies and prizes.
The National Railway Museum, which claims to be the world's largest museum dedicated to trains and locomotives, allows visitors to explore more than 300 years of history.
