Discover New Theatre at the Dark Nights' Festival
Visitors to Glasgow will have lots of opportunities to expand their cultural horizons this year at the Dark Nights' Festival.
This event will be held at the Cumbernauld Theatre from October 18th to November 1st.
Opening the festival will be a collaboration between the Cumbernauld and Romanian company Teatrul de Comedie, called We are Everywhere at Home.
This play explores what it means to be part of the new Europe and features a cast of Romanian and British actors.
Other shows will include a production by Lung Ha's Theatre Company on October 22nd, members of which will take part in a discussion after the performance, and 4.48 Psychosis on October 31st and November 1st.
People staying in cheap hotels in Glasgow around Christmas time will be able to visit the Cumbernauld Theatre, which is located to the north-east of the city centre, as it presents its version of the tale of Aladdin.
