Get Up Close and Personal with the Art of Pink Floyd
Fans of Pink Floyd should get their cheap hotels in London booked soon if they want to check out an exhibition of the images that have appeared on some of the group's famous albums.
The display, called Mind Over Matter: Images of Pink Floyd, will be on show at the Oxo gallery on London's South Bank between July 24th and August 10th.
It will showcase the work of Storm Thorgerson, whose work as Pink Floyd's cover artist spanned some 40 years.
Art from some of the legendary band's best known albums will feature in the free exhibition, including The Wall, Dark Side of the Moon and The Division Bell.
Another show at the Oxo gallery this year will exhibit photographs of endangered wildlife taken by Roger Hooper.
Exposed, which will be open every day from June 13th until June 29th, will include images of pandas, lions, elephants and other animals that need help if they are to avoid extinction.
