Glasgow Hosts Coloursfest
Visitors who are looking to party this summer should visit Glasgow's Coloursfest for some real action.
First held four years ago, the Coloursfest has grown so quickly that it has spread over six areas at the Braehead International Arena.
The event now encompasses the arena itself, as well as the Curling Rink, the outdoor boardwalk and the Waterfront Renfrew.
Coloursfest has been hailed as Scotland's biggest dance festival and presents 12 hours of dance music.
The line-up is always popular and in 2005 the main arena saw the first ever live show by Ferry Corsten, as well as a set by Armin van Buuren.
Coloursfest is one of the most unique music events in the world and takes in all the positive aspects of an outdoor concert and stages it in a clean, user-friendly, weather-proof environment.
Those preparing to dance the first weekend in June away should book their accommodation in one of the many hotels in Glasgow now.
