Glasgow to Host The Prodigy
Cheap hotels in Glasgow could prove popular among dance music fans in January when the city plays host to The Prodigy.
The dance act are currently on tour in Europe, giving fans an opportunity to hear live performances of material from their latest album, Invaders Must Die.
At the beginning of next year, they will embark on a short UK tour that will include a date at the O2 Academy in Glasgow on January 31st.
The Prodigy are one of the most successful groups to come out of the British dance music scene that emerged in the 1990s, with all four of the albums they released between 1994 and 2009 reaching the top of the charts.
Fans will have the chance to hear their latest tracks at the forthcoming live shows, as well as classic tunes such as Firestarter and Poison.
Other acts set to provide some musical entertainment at Glasgow's O2 Academy over the coming months include Wolfmother (January 14th) and John Mayer (January 16th).
